Do you know that a power outage can destroy your hard drive?  You don't?  Well, read on!  When your hard drive is spinning at thousands of times a SECOND, and the power stops unexpectedly, the memory head slams down on the, still spinning, disk!  To prevent this from happening to you, we strongly recommend a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) that will maintain power to your computer for as much as another 28 minutes, while it activates a program to shut down your system.

Do you know that dirt and dust can and will cause your PC to run hot, shorten the life of your processor, increasing the cost of operating the computer?  That's why, when we perform routine or emergency maintenance, we make it a point to vacuum and blow out the interior of your PC!

We do offer a maintenance agreement, not available to PC owners who do not have a major virus protection program that automatically updates frequently or protect their PCs with a UPS!
